Excellent! I hate the fact flat terrain is nearly impossible to find in the Maxis neighbourhoods, and I can't fit full streets in it!

Click on the zip file at the bottom of the first post to download the terrain file offered.

For lots, you can go to the threads listed here to download some lots, since she did say to go to her site or her uploads here.

There are also some lots available at SimsCave (registration required).
