1. apartment:

hi clc i downloaded your cafe and bar and have been playing it non stop for 4 hrs and im really enjoying playing it i really love playing community lots but my lots are usually just a very bad square with no originality or uniquness
so i was hoping you would be able to build me some great desgins for about 5-7 business of all different shapes and sizes i need these to work as business as this is what im going to use them for i would like them already fully done inside and out please
could you make it so all lots are different prices, sizes, desgins and business

could i also request 2 art museums one of these to include sculptures
and a garden for my sims to hang out in idea of what im looking for:

ok im sorry for any inconvienince but ive had to bring my break up to today
i was hoping to ignore the reason i was taking a break long enough to build your lots but unfortunally its not working (which we figurered out just now having woke up from a nearing 24hr sleep

good news that though ive brought it up im shortening it so in stead of 14 days i'll be back up and running (hopefully) by the 18th so only 9 days

im half way through building Tadashiis Gekko's log cabin which should be up by friday and furnishing seeker mansion which should be up around the same time

im about to start redroseteas mansion and the classy hotel which both should hopefully be up by the end of my break

again sorry for any inconvience but at the mintuei need a minium of 14hrs sleep aday and when building your lots i was trying to get by on 9hrs which resulted in my mini hibernation

you can still post requests and comments but your gonna have to have a very good amount of patience

i will still try to be on insim most days so if you want to contact me pm me or ask on this thread

Read First: The picture is only sort of what I want. The idea is in this. Sorry, it's so complicated. I am going on something from a memory. Just a small log cabin. I don't want a back porch like the picture. Just a front one like it. But without a foundation. I want the cabin on the ground. You can pick any color for the roof, that looks nice.

Important!

I just want space for a bedroom upstairs. Not some huge bedroom. Just a nice one. The rooms downstairs: You know, a kitchen, the normal. Only one bathroom in the house and that's for downstairs. Also, I want the living room and the kitchen to be open to each other. I have Uni, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Freetime, Bon Voyage, Family Fun, Glamour, and Teen Style

Any chance I could get a copy of this as well? But I'd like the foundation, the back porch, a lake, (large enough to add my dock and boats later & if possible with the swimable water) and 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs, (master bed and bath, 2 single rooms) a small bathroom, everything the same downstairs but with the bathroom being a quarter bath (toilet and sink) Could I also get a fireplace in the living room and master bed.

I have all the EPs up to AL and all SP up to K&B. I would like it furnished using items from Vitasims ( I have all the cottage sets)

that shouldn't be to much of a problem, only thing im not quite sure on is the lake i might just be having a stupid moment but not sure 100% what you want if you could expand that would be useful.
i am going to need some patience as i have a number of requests to do but it hopefully wont be to long(if you want i can pm you when i start)
cottage sets are nice so happy to download and furnish the lot for you
